Silo explores the idea of containment, storage, and the things we keep hidden within ourselves. The repeated, enclosed forms can be seen as compartments—each holding its own colour, memory, or experience—while the flowing black lines connect them into one larger structure.
The work suggests a silo not only as a physical structure used to store and protect something, but also as a metaphor for the human mind: a place where thoughts, memories, emotions, and experiences can be separated and stored, yet remain connected beneath the surface.
The restrained palette and open white space create a quiet, reflective atmosphere. Each individual form feels contained, but the overall composition reminds us that nothing exists completely in isolation.
At its heart, Silo is about what we hold inside, what we choose to separate, and the invisible connections between the things we keep.
